Cocoa truffles with oat and fruit (Raw)


 

 

 

Basic recipe for 10 truffles:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbs ground linseed
1/4 cup finely chopped dates
1/4 cup finely chopped dry cranberries
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cinnamon

Place oats in a food processor and process until finely ground.
Add linseed, dates, cranberries, half of the cocoa, almond butter, vanilla and spices. Keep processing until finely ground and sticking together. Roll mixture into 10 balls, turn in cocoa powder and chill until contents are well blended. ©2011 Sabineart.com
