Mango Lassi Guilt Free





For 2-3 Servings:
1-2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
(if your mangoes are not ripe enough,
add 1 banana and/or 1 Tbs maple syrup)

1/3 cup of soy yogurt
1/4 cup of vegan sour cream
1 handful (4 Tbs) raw cashews
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp turmeric
5-6 ice cubes

Add all ingredients, except ice cubes to your blender and blend thoroughly. Add little water if needed. Taste for sweetness and adjust taste with banana/maply syrup.
Then add ice cubes to the mix and crush in the blender to desired texture, don’t over blend the ice. ©
