For 1+ cups:
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp maple syrup (or RAW Agave syrup to make it raw)
Dissolve 1 tsp chia seeds in 1/3 cup of filtered water, let sit for 10-15 minutes. The chia seeds will get a jelly skin surrounding and the blend will turn into a gel.
Add some gel to the juice of one lime, add water and maple syrup and drink cold.
