For abt. 2-3 Servings:
2 cups of filtered water
5 raw almonds
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 – 2 raw cobs of corn*, chucked
1 tbs miso
1 tsp nutritional yeast
*Buy sweet corn only as organic corn!
Soak almonds in water. When soft, blend with all other ingredients, except the habanero. Add some slices one by one and check if it is getting too hot.
After a smooth blend is reached, fill in bowls and decorate with thin habanero slices. ©2012Sabineart.com
