Savoy cabbage side dish

For 2 Servings:

4 cups of washed and thinly sliced savoy cabbage (stem removed)
1/2 cup of broth, or water with 1/4 broth cube
3-4 scallions, cut in rings (or a small onion, cubed)
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
pepper to taste

Heat little oil in a pan and saute garlic and scallions until transparent. Add the cabbage and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cabbage is smooth but not overcooked. Add pepper to taste and serve with grain meat or savory dishes. ©
