Anti Inflammatory – Turmeric and Aloe smoothie

For 1-2 Servings:

Aloe gel from 1″ piece of an aloe leaf (clean and clear without green skin)
1/2 – 1″ piece of turmeric, peeled (you may also use ginger)
1/2 – 1 clean green apple with peel, cored
2 cups of filtered water
1 Tbs maple syrup (optional)

Cut the bigger ingredients to bite size pieces, add all ingredients to a high speed blender and pulse on high speed for a couple of minutes. Drink and enjoy. ©
