3 Instant ‘Bouillon’ Stocks

Powdered Vegetable Bouillon 1 1/2 cups – 20 servings:
1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbs onion flakes or powder
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried savory

Also try:
1 tsp sundried tomatoes, 
1 tsp lovage
1/2 tsp rosemary

Combine all ingredients and grind into a fine powder with a mortar or food processor. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Mix 1 Tbs per cup of hot water to make an instant broth. ©2013Sabineart.com

Powdered ‘Beef ‘ flavored bouillon 1 1/2 cups – 20 servings:
1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
3 Tbs dried parsley
2 Tbs sea salt
1 1/2 Tbs dill seeds
1 1/2 Tbs onion powder
1 1/2 Tbs dried basil
1 1/2 Tbs celery seeds
1 Tbs dried thyme
2 Tbs dried rosemary
1 Tbs black pepper 

Combine all ingredients and grind into a fine powder with a mortar or food processor. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Add to soups, loaves, burgers. 1 Tbs per cup of hot water. 

Powdered ‘Poultry’ flavored bouillon 1 1/2 cups – 20 servings:
1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 Tbs sea salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried majoram
1 tsp dried terragon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp dried sage
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder 

Combine all ingredients and grind into a fine powder with a mortar or food processor. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Add to seitan and chicken style recipes. 1 Tbs per cup of hot water.
