Salad with wild herbs and strawberries


For 2-4 servings:
1 cup organic*arugula or mesclun lettuce

1 cup green lettuce or organic* romaine 
1/2 cup of purslane tops
1/2 cup of chickweed greens
1 cup of organic* strawberries, cleaned
1 scallion stalk, washed and cut into rings 

For the vinaigrette:
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs linseed oil
1 tsp of spices (Mrs. Dash)
1/2 tsp liquid aminos (Braggs)
1 tsp water if needed

Cut the lettuce into smaller pieces, add smaller greens.
Half or cube the strawberries into small pieces and add with the scallions to greens. Blend the ingredients for the vinaigrette and mix with the salad.
