Here is a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid by “The Anti-Inflammation Diet and Recipe Book”.
While I do not support recommendations on meat and seafood (see my comments in red), I agree with the information about all other food listings.
“The list of foods to avoid for the Anti-Inflammation diet includes all wheat products, dairy products, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, sugar, citrus fruits, pork, commercial (nonorganic ) eggs, shellfish, peanuts and peanut butter, coffee, alcohol, juice, caffeinated teas, soda, anything containing hydrogenated oils, processed foods, and fried foods. Many of these foods can contribute directly to inflammation.
