Ginger mint lemonade

For 2 large or 4 small cups of lemonade:

1/3 cup fresh ginger, minced
1/2 cup fresh mint, minced (I took chocolate mint)
3 Tbs dark maple syrup (alternatively take honey)
1 tsp dried stevia leaves
2 cups of hot water

1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup of melon cubes, pits removed (optional)
fresh filtered water
Ice cubes

Steep ginger, mint and sweeteners for half an hour in hot water. 
After that you can either strain the liquid, or blend it in a high speed blender until the plant parts are ground up completely (will create a foam).
I like the blender version for the intense taste.

Then add the rest of ingredients, fill up with water until 4-5 cups are reached, blend until melon and ice are ground. ©
